Advice and Information
In order to avail yourself of the goods return option, you may unpack and/or test the items solely to verify their integrity and functionality. They should not be used for any other purpose.
To be eligible for a refund, it is crucial to ensure that the goods remain undamaged during the return shipment. We strongly advise you to handle the packaging with utmost care, using all the provided protections and original packaging. Seal the package securely with ample adhesive tape to prevent any harm to the contents during transit. If the initial shipment involved a pallet, please use it for the return shipping as well.

The right of withdrawal is regulated by the Consumer Code and only applies to trades between the seller and private non-professional consumers.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from when the customer or a third party designated, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. If the purchase is for multiple products, the 30 days are counted from the receipt of the last package.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must fill out the online form on this page in the section 'How to request a return'.
You must then pack the parcel carefully and using all of the original packaging and then send it to MK2Shop.
The costs of the return shipment are in charge of the customer.
The refund of the payments made in favor of MK2Shop (inclusive of costs for the original shipment) will be made once we have received the items and verified that they are intact and functioning.
This refund will be made by the same payment method used when you have ordered.
The consumer is responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from different handling than what is necessary to establish the nature and the characteristics of the goods.
