Our products are original and all covered by the Legal Warranty based on the Consumer Code Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, which guarantees response in the presence of a lack of conformity.
This warranty is valid for 24 months for individuals and 12 months for companies. It is applicable throughout Europe and provides support and possible free repair or replacement of the product.
The lack of conformity is identified when the product:
- Has a manufacturing defect, whether in aesthetics or functionality.
- Does not match the provided description.
- Is unable to perform as expected in comparison to other items of the same kind.
- Is incomplete, lacking any of its components.
How to Claim Warranty
To claim warranty, we kindly ask you to fill out the online form.
Fill it nowOnce we receive your communication, we will verify the existence of a lack of conformity and get in touch with you to arrange necessary interventions.
If required, we will collect your product and send it to the competent service center at no additional cost to you.
After the repair, the goods will be returned to your address free of charge.
If there is any lack of conformity with your goods, you will receive an email containing a label and the return authorization number to be placed on the package.

All products sold on our online store are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for in Articles 128 and subsequent of the Consumer Code, valid throughout Europe.
Our shop is liable for any defect of compliance that exists at the time of product delivery and becomes apparent within 24 months from the delivery date for individual customers (12 months for companies).
To take advantage of the Legal Guarantee of Conformity, you will need:
- Possession of the order confirmation document or invoice as proof of purchase.
- Filling out the appropriate form online.
Once we receive your communication, MK2Shop will verify the existence of the compliance defect. After verification, we will notify customers about the available solutions, which may include a free repair or replacement of the product.
If on-site assistance is provided, MK2Shop will provide all the necessary information for using the service and will organize the intervention. If on-site assistance is not provided, the collection of the product and sending it to the competent service center will be carried out by MK2Shop.
If the defects occur within the first 6 months from the delivery date, it is assumed that they existed at the time of delivery, and the check is entirely the responsibility of MK2Shop. After 6 months, if the proper functioning does not depend on a lack of conformity, it is possible that the costs of verification, after communication, will be charged to the consumer.
The Guarantee of Conformity does not cover failures or malfunctions caused by accidental events, user responsibility, or the product's use not conforming to its intended purpose and/or different from what is provided in the technical documentation attached to the product.
