Euro Safety Controls: the barbecue with the safety valve
Euro Safety Controls is equipped with safety valves that quickly interrupt the passage of gas in the event of accidental extinguishing of the flame. The flame of the burners, in fact, overheats the thermocouple that generates a micro current. This energizes a magnet which, in turn, operates the mechanism of the gas inlet valve.
If the heat source is missing, that is the flame of the burner, the whole process is interrupted and the gas inlet valve closes, regardless of the position of the control handle.
The Dolcevita Safety Controls barbecues are certified UNI EN 203-1 (Appliances for professional kitchens powered by gas) and following, suitable for indoor use, ideal for professional use in restaurants and bars. 100% made in Italy.

The product differs from the image for the logo representation, which bears the writing "EUROSafetyControls" and for the hob, which is housed on the right shelf.
