Barbecue Turbo Elite - The first in the world to introduce the radiant quartz technology (RQT)
The infrared Radiant Quartz Technology (RQT) burner emits radiant heat directly under the food.
Radiant infrared heat is much more effective in transferring heat to food than conventional gas flame systems that can easily dry and burn meat. The food is cooked through heat radiation rather than hot air. Furthermore, each RQT burner has a quartz dome that intensifies the heat throughout its entire length; this dome is no longer made in glass, but in quartz and it is in no way affected by thermal shock.
The RQT technology ensures greater control of cooking and accuracy that allows everyone to become a great BBQ chef.

The most advanced way to cook on the barbecue
RQT burners grill in a powerful and effective way. But what is even more impressive is that the new TURBO can cook/grill the fattiest cuts of meat giving the possibility to minimize flare-ups. This is thanks to the intense heat of the dome that vaporizes rather than inflames the dripping grease. This is an absolute preview.
The TURBO ELITE models are characterized by grills made of stainless steel, certified for contact with food. The inverted "V" grills minimize surface contact with food, thus obtaining better fat-free cooking and easy cleaning.

The best fireplace on the market
The fireplace, which is fully welded in porcelain-enamelled steel, has been completely redesigned and is covered by a 10-year warranty.
By constructing the fireplace and the front panel in a single piece, it is obtained a stronger frame that guarantees a long-lasting durability.
The TURBO series also has double-walled fireplaces and hoods, so double insulation allows better temperature control and better heat retention. The cooking surfaces and the roasting area heat more efficiently by using less gas.
It all reduces carbon residues.

It lights up on the first shot
The ignition fire-up starter is reliable, the ignition always occurs at the first stroke, without matches or batteries and the multifunction ignition system releases a greater pressure of gas on all the burners and cooking is more controlled with power LPG that natural gas.
The coating of the entire barbecue is resistant to water and to the attack of acids, alkaline products and detergents, it is resistant to abrasion of scourers and stones, it prevents rusting and does not burn during cooking.

Barbecues Dolcevita are compatible with any country of destination and can be configured for use with any gas (Natural gas or LPG) power supply.
